I just had a minor procedure done here and now I have some swelling and bruising. It's my first time, so I'm a little nervous 😅 Do any of you have experience?

I'd like to ask what you usually do to reduce swelling and care for your skin in this initial phase? Can anyone share some simple, easy-to-follow tips? I'm trying to follow the instructions from the clinic, but I'd also like to hear from those who have been through it.

How long does it usually take for the swelling/bruising to go away? I know everyone is different, but I'm just curious 😄 Does anyone want to share their simple at-home skincare routine or recipe? Thanks a lot!
