Hi guys! I just had a minor procedure yesterday and am now dealing with some pretty significant swelling and bruising. I'm a bit panicked, to be honest, hehe. I've already gotten a basic explanation from the clinic, but I'd like to hear from you guys—how did you manage the swelling in the first few days? Did cold compresses really help, or are there other tips that are more effective?
I'm also curious about your daily care routine during recovery. What did you avoid? I've heard there are restrictions on hot baths or exercise, but I don't know how long they should last. And about makeup or skincare products, when did you start using them again?

Sister, after the swelling and bruising appeared, did you use anything other than cold compresses? I'm in a similar situation and don't know whether to endure it or try something else to make it go away faster 😭
