I'm considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I'm Vietnamese, and although I have clinics back home, I've heard that the techniques and results in Korea are quite good. However, I'm still hesitant about whether the cost of the flight, accommodation, and surgery is worth it compared to having it done in Vietnam. Do any of you have experience with this?

I'm currently thinking about factors like: recovery time (I can take about 2-3 weeks off), whether I need to fly back to Seoul for follow-up appointments, and the quality of post-operative care there. I'm also worried about the risks of surgery abroad – how would any problems be handled?

Has anyone ever flown abroad for a beauty procedure? Do you have any advice for me? I want to hear from someone who has actually had it done to know if it's really worth it, or if I should reconsider.
