Hi everyone! I'm Juan, and I recently had a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul. I'm a bit swollen and bruised right now and wanted to ask how everyone usually takes care of themselves afterward.
I'm a little unsure about how to best care for myself to speed up recovery. Can anyone share their experiences? For example, how long should I ice, are there any foods I should eat or avoid, and how long until I can resume exercise? I've heard some things can help with swelling, but I'm not entirely sure what they are or how to do them.
Also, I'm curious about how long swelling and bruising typically take to subside. I'm a bit worried it might affect my upcoming travel plans. If you've had similar procedures, could you share how you managed it? Any little tips or tricks?
Thanks, everyone! Looking forward to hearing your advice~

Hi Juan, I just had a similar procedure done in Seoul too! I wanted to ask how much swelling and bruising you've seen reduced after a few days? I'm worried about my work schedule, so I'd like to know about the recovery timeline.
I went too! At first, I was confused too, but this time I tried to let myself rest completely for the first three days, not doing anything strenuous. Normally, it seems to help a lot. As for swelling, I've noticed that drinking plenty of water and sleeping with my head elevated higher than usual seems to help.
