Hello everyone, I'm Yen from Vietnam. I'm looking to try some aesthetic treatments in Korea but I'm confused about where to find reputable and trustworthy clinics. I see a lot of places advertising online, but I don't know how to tell which ones are good and which ones are just "marketing."
I'd like to ask fellow international users here, if you've tried services in Korea, could you share how you found your clinics? For example, what points should I pay attention to, or what questions should I ask when consulting? I'm particularly concerned about communication – do all doctors speak English or Vietnamese, or do I need to bring my own translator?
Anyone with experience, please share with me. Thank you all!

Hi Yen, I'm also from Vietnam! I wanted to ask if you've looked into any ways to contact clinics before booking an appointment? I'm wondering if I should call directly or reach out via social media to inquire about the Vietnamese language issue.
Hi Yên! I'm also a foreigner and have had a few treatments in Korea. My advice is to check online reviews first, but look for ones that are detailed and include photos, rather than just one-sentence reviews. Also, call them directly or use the chat function on their website to ask if they have Vietnamese-speaking staff. Many clinics now offer multilingual consultation services, so you don't necessarily need to bring your own translator!
Hello Yên! I completely understand your concern. When I first came, I looked for reviews and recommendations from international forums. Ultimately, I chose places with nurses or staff who could speak some English, or you could try bringing a translator with you. It would be best if you asked your foreign friends who are in Korea again 😊
