I totally relate to that! I've noticed lately that having more than one cup of coffee makes me feel off, and I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting older or my body's hinting that I need to adjust my schedule 😅 I'm kind of thinking about trying to cut back on caffeine and see if that helps with this feeling.
