Hey everyone! I'm planning to get a minor aesthetic procedure done while I'm in Korea, but I'm flying back home like 3-4 days after. I'm honestly a bit nervous about swelling on the plane and what I should bring with me to manage it. Has anyone traveled right after getting something done?

I'm thinking I'll need to pack some compression products and maybe cooling items, but I'm not totally sure what actually helps vs. what's just hype? Also curious if there are any general swelling care tips I should know about before going – like what to avoid or what actually makes a difference. Should I be looking for specific types of products to bring, or is it pretty standard stuff?

Any advice from people who've done this would be super helpful! I want to be realistic about recovery but also not stress myself out too much. Thanks!
