Post-procedure care for minor procedures - anyone have experience?

Hi everyone, I'm Yen from Vietnam. I just had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul yesterday and I'm experiencing some swelling and bruising. I don't think it's too severe, but I'd like to know the proper aftercare to help it heal quickly. Do any of you have experience with this? How can I reduce swelling as fast as possible?

I've heard that I should use cold compresses for the first few days, and then switch to warm compresses? But I'm not entirely sure about the specific details. Does anyone have an effective aftercare routine they'd like to share? I want to get back to work as soon as possible, so I'm very interested in any useful tips from you all.
