Hi everyone, I'm Shuang. I had a minor procedure done in Seoul a couple of days ago and am still recovering. To be honest, I have some swelling and bruising, and I'm a little worried about how to take care of myself to speed up the recovery. The doctor gave me some basic advice, but I'd like to hear about everyone's real experiences—has anyone had a similar procedure and could share your aftercare tips?
Right now, I'm mainly using cold compresses and elevating my face as much as possible, but I'm not sure if there are any other tips. For example, are there any special dietary precautions? Some people say that certain foods can worsen swelling, but I'm not entirely sure. Also, how long should I wait before using face masks or skincare products to return to a normal routine?
It would be great if someone could share any unexpected benefits or things to be especially careful about during the recovery process. I know everyone's situation is different, but hearing your stories has been very helpful in helping me feel better. Thank you everyone!

Hey! I'm actually thinking about getting something similar done soon, so I'm really curious about your experience too. The ice and elevation thing makes sense, and I appreciate you asking about the specifics — hearing real stuff from people who've actually been through it is so much more helpful than just the clinic checklist, you know?
