How should I care for my skin after a minor procedure? Seeking advice from fellow ladies.

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie from China. I had a minor beauty treatment in Seoul a couple of days ago. My face is a bit swollen and bruised now, not too bad, but I'm still a little worried. Could any of you ladies share your skincare experiences? Like how to reduce swelling, what skincare products are safe to use, and what lifestyle habits I should pay attention to?

Right now, I'm just applying cold compresses, sleeping with my head elevated, and drinking water. I don't know much else. I'd also like to know how long it usually takes for the swelling to go down? How did you all spend your recovery period? Do you have any tips to share? Thanks a lot!
