Hello everyone! I just finished a minor procedure here and am now in the recovery phase. Swelling and bruising are still quite noticeable, and I'm wondering about the most effective ways to care for this area during recovery.
Can anyone share their experiences on what helped reduce swelling in the first few days? I've heard of a few common methods, but I'd love to know from fellow travelers' perspectives too. Did you use cold compresses? How long usually? And regarding skincare routines, what's safe to use?
Also, any tips on daily activities to avoid? I'll be traveling home in a few days and I'm worried about how it will look during the trip. I'd really appreciate it if anyone wants to share their tips or experiences! 💚

Oh my gosh, I'm also considering a similar treatment! Your post couldn't have come at a better time. I'm really curious about how to best care for myself during the recovery period. I hope your swelling goes down soon, you've got this! 💚
I totally get that feeling! I was really worried after getting a procedure done in Korea until the swelling went down. Personally, I felt that repeatedly applying a cold towel was the most effective. Also, when I slept with my pillow elevated, it was much better the next morning, so I realized that accumulating these small things is important. For post-procedure skincare, I stuck to only the simple products recommended by the clinic and waited until I got back home to try any new ones. Take care!
Hey, you mentioned you'd be back home in a few days, is there any way to cover up the bruising? I'm also planning a trip right after my procedure and I'm really worried 😅
