Hi everyone, I'm Tien from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to South Korea for some cosmetic procedures, but I'm a little worried about finding a reliable place. Can anyone share how you found a clinic? I'm especially interested in what you checked before making a decision.
I'm particularly concerned about communication — do they offer English or Vietnamese support, or do you need an interpreter? Do you usually contact them online beforehand for consultations, or do you have to go in person? I'm not very knowledgeable about this, so are there any points to keep in mind when contacting them for the first time?
Thank you so much! I would be very happy to receive advice from those who have experience.

Hi Tien, I'm also from Vietnam, so I understand your concerns! I was wondering if you plan to contact them beforehand via email or phone to inquire about interpreting services, or if you're thinking of finding a company that already has staff who speak English/Vietnamese?
Hi Tiên! I've been worried about communication like this too. I want to ask, when you're looking for a hospital, do you prefer online consultations or in-person visits? I'm curious to know if they can usually handle English in chat or if they have to use a translator from the start.
Hi Tiên! I was wondering the same thing, so I was so happy to see your post. I was also worried about communication and how to start the consultation—hopefully we can get some tips from those who have experience here!
