Hi everyone! I'm Yuhan. I just finished a small treatment, and my face is still a bit swollen and bruised. This was my first time having this kind of treatment, and to be honest, I'm a little nervous. I don't know how to take care of myself to help it heal faster.

The doctor gave me some basic instructions, but I'd like to hear advice from experienced ladies. For example, how long should I apply ice packs? What should I avoid in my diet? Can I go to work these few days, or should I rest at home? I'm a little worried that the swelling will last a long time...
