I'm considering whether or not to go to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've actually researched facilities in Vietnam, but I've heard that the techniques in Korea are quite advanced. However, the cost of flying back and forth, staying in hotels, and recovery... I'm not sure if it's worth it.
I'm also a little worried about communication. My English is only average, and I've never studied Korean. For those of you who have worked there, was it easy to contact people? And I want to know what the consultation and follow-up process is like if I'm far away?
Also, I'm struggling to choose a facility. Does anyone have experience or advice on how to find and evaluate these places? I want to be sure before deciding. Has anyone else considered this and what was their decision? Could you share it with me?

I'm thinking about the same thing! I was wondering if you've read any posts sharing experiences from international patients? I'm wondering if flying there would be particularly troublesome cross-border communication for pre-operative consultations and post-operative follow-ups, or do many hospitals now have Chinese or English coordinators to handle these matters?
