I want to diet hard and get slim before summer, but since I have a bit of extra weight, I don't think I'll be able to reach my target weight just by using Mountza.
Is there any good method?

Try equity shares. I lost weight properly by getting it along with Mounjaro at Half Clinic, haha. I'm especially happy because even my stubborn upper arm fat line has cleanly disappeared.
I looked it up and it's a body-specialized clinic? I was thinking about getting Mountjaro too, so it seems like a good option since I can get treatments together. Thanks for the information!
Health?
Is it possible to do it short-term with health? ㅠㅠ I'm keeping it in mind for now.
I'm maintaining 64 to 47 with Mounjaro. If I increase to 0.5, the effects are strong, so let's try a little more.
Sigh... Should I go with Wegovy or Mounjaro...
My friend is using Wegovy, but she has no side effects and no results either. I absolutely recommend Mounjaro!!!!
How long did it take? Are there any side effects from sudden weight gain?
It's common to start with 0.25 for four pens and then move up to 0.5. You can think of 0.25 as an adjustment period, and 0.5 is where the real effects begin! When I first got 0.5, I was down for 2-3 days, but that's when I started losing weight rapidly lol. The doctor also said that side effects are proportional to the effects.
I started in early November, and by late December, I was down to my early 50s. Since then, I've been losing 1-2 kilos a week and have been maintaining my weight around 47.
Mounjaro and Wegovy are the most potent.
I heard that fractional laser treatments are good for stubborn fat! It seems like quite a few people combine it with injections, so you should get a consultation at a specialized clinic.
