The weight I gained after giving birth just won't come off.
I've decided to seriously look into clinics that prescribe Mounjaro, but it seems like all the ones in Jangyu, where I live, are a little over 300,000 won~
Since I'm with the baby all day, I haven't been able to visit them in person. I called a few places in Jangyu to do some legwork, and it looks like I'll need to budget around mid-300,000 won when you include the medication and consultation fees.
My friend who lives in Daegu said it's in the high 200,000s there, which makes me sad ㅠㅠ
I don't plan to just do it for 1-2 months and stop; I think I'll need to get it consistently to lose weight, so I'm looking for a more affordable place~
Does anyone know of any prescribing clinics in Jangyu, Yulha, or even downtown Gimhae that offer Mounjaro at a slightly lower price?
If any moms who have done their research or are currently getting Mounjaro injections could share the clinic and pharmacy information, I would really appreciate it ㅠㅠ
Also, besides diet injections, are there any other methods like diet or exercise...
Are there any other diet methods that you've actually seen results with?
I'm not sure if it's a lack of willpower, but even when I exercise, the weight loss is so slow, it makes me depressed. And then I get hungry again right after, so controlling my appetite is really hard ㅠㅠ
Honestly, I'm a bit worried because I've heard many people have experienced side effects from diet injections, so I'm still contemplating. Please share your weight loss secrets with me~~

I live in Jangyu too, and while I was looking for a clinic and pharmacy to get Mounjaro, I found the price a bit high, so I went to the Imho Intersection area~ It's a little cheaper~ But I've only had 2 shots so far, and the side effects are ㅠㅠ I feel so nauseous.
Ah, did you get a specific dosage?
I heard that if you get the weakest one, there are fewer side effects.
I'm a bit scared of side effects too.
Mounjaro... you absolutely can't use it long-term. You can experience significant rebound weight gain; I lost some weight after getting injections for 3 months, but I had persistent diarrhea, so I stopped completely. As soon as I stopped, my appetite surged, and I feel like I'm eating 1.5 times more than before. I thought it was no good because of the prolonged diarrhea, so I'm now taking the diet probiotic Ultra Cut 24 that the person above mentioned, and this is much better. It controls my appetite well and I haven't had side effects like diarrhea!
Oh, really? It's great that there are no side effects.
I've heard Mounjaro is really effective, but some people I know who took it lost a lot of weight and then gained it all back when they stopped, saying it was a waste of money ㅠ You can find cheaper places by searching for prescribing clinics or pharmacies on non-face-to-face medical apps~ It seems like most places in Jangyu charge around 300,000 won.
I think real dieting is a battle against money ㅠㅠ After having a baby and passing my mid-30s, I can't lose weight just by not eating like I used to... and I don't feel like I'm building muscle even if I exercise a bit... Your feelings are my feelings.. *pat pat*..
Losing weight is so hard, right? ㅠㅠ
Lately, I don't feel like I'm losing weight even with exercise,
and I can't control my diet because I'm always hungry and want to eat so many things. ㅠ
So, I was looking for a prescribing clinic in Jangyudong to try Mounjaro,
and I asked the director at the internal medicine clinic I go to if I could get it.
But they told me the side effects are severe and that it causes rebound weight gain, so I decided not to get Mounjaro;;
Even if the effects are great, if you take it for a long time, there are side effects,
and they said it could be dangerous, which really scared me. ㅠㅠ
Instead, I've been focusing on other things lately and have lost a lot of weight.
That's right...
I'm also worried about side effects, so I'm actually still contemplating it...
My husband said he'd cover the cost of diet pills for about 6 months, so
I was going to gather my courage and try it... lol
Are you taking anything right now?
Did you lose a lot of weight while taking something?
I'm currently taking Ultra'cut24.
Honestly, I've been so stressed about my weight that I've even considered consultations for abdominal liposuction. I feel like I've tried every diet and supplement recommended online, but I never really felt like I was losing weight.
At best, I was just maintaining my current weight. But since discovering this and taking it, I've had great control over my appetite, and I'm losing weight, which feels amazing! I also love that it doesn't have side effects like Mounjaro.
Everyone around me has seen my weight loss and is now taking it too! ㅎㅎ
OMG, I've heard of that too!!
I ordered it right away ㅠㅠ Thank you~!
