Hello everyone, I'm Yan. I'm recently considering consulting for some medical aesthetic procedures in Seoul. However, I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but not super fluent, and Chinese is definitely my most comfortable language. I wanted to ask if it's absolutely necessary to know Korean or have excellent English when consulting at clinics in Seoul. Has anyone here had experience consulting in English or Chinese that they could share?
I've heard that some clinics provide translators, but I'm not sure if this is standard or if it incurs an extra fee. If any of you have consulted in Seoul, could you please tell me what the actual situation is like? I'm still in the information-gathering phase and want to understand everything clearly before making a decision.

Hi Yan, I'm also worried about this language issue, just like you. Have you tried contacting any places beforehand to ask if they offer Chinese language support, or are you planning to call/email to check more thoroughly before your consultation?
