Hi everyone, I'm Huong from Vietnam. I'm planning to have a small procedure done here in about 1-2 weeks, but the issue is I have to travel right after. Has anyone had experience with managing swelling when you have to go somewhere else? I'm worried there will still be a lot of swelling and I'm not sure what to pack.

I've heard about using cold compresses, drinking plenty of water, and elevating my head while sleeping, but I'm not sure if I need to bring any special products. Does anyone know what kind of care products I should bring with me at that time? What are your experiences with this?
