Do you know what it feels like to have your eyes stinging all day and feel like there is sand in them?
It gets worse when I wear contact lenses, so these days I mostly wear glasses.
But when I work with my glasses on, my eyes get hot by the afternoon, and by the time I get off work, I really don't want to keep my eyes open.
I don't even know how many times a day I use artificial tears, and I feel like I really need to take better care of my eye health.
I looked it up and saw the Remuro Clip?? Since it attaches over existing glasses, it seems like it might be uncomfortable. Does this help with dry eye syndrome?
Is anyone else using this?

I also had severe dry eyes, but after switching to Remuro day lenses, I use artificial tears less often. I can definitely feel the relief from eye fatigue.
Oh really? The glasses seem fine, but the clip is a bit iffy.
Turning on the humidifier really helps since it's still dry.
You're right. I guess I'll have to try using a humidifier as well.
If it is severe, I recommend visiting an ophthalmologist for a check-up.
I thought it was just simple dry eye, but when I went to the ophthalmologist, they found out I had a lot of inflammation in my cornea.
It naturally gets better as the inflammation subsides.
Also, please manage your lifestyle habits.
1. Use a humidifier to maintain room humidity.
2. Blink frequently (making sure your upper and lower eyelids touch).
3. Apply warm compresses with a Meibomian Care device to melt the meibomian glands.
4. Wipe away the melted oil with an eyelid cleanser.
These days, I have graduated from dry eyes.
I also have dry eyes, so I used to rely on artificial tears constantly. I also frequently felt eye fatigue, so I was looking into taking lutein when a pharmacist recommended LumiEyes. Since I started taking it, my eyes haven't felt tired at all, and it's been great. Now, I barely use artificial tears once or twice a day.
