Hi! My name is Bua, and I'm planning to go to Korea for cosmetic surgery this year, but I have a question about the language barrier 😅
I'm fluent in English, but I speak Thai more naturally. When going to a clinic in Seoul for a consultation, is speaking only English with the representative sufficient, or do I need to speak Korean? I'm worried that some medical information might be difficult to understand if translated into English.
Has anyone had a consultation at a clinic before? What language did you use? Did the representative help with translation? I'm curious if it's really that difficult. It seems that most clinics speak English, but I'm not sure if it's clear enough for a detailed consultation. I'd appreciate any advice from those who have been there!
