So, I'm sharing my tips for getting rid of nose surgery swelling... Honestly, there's nothing special about it; walking, swelling medication, and hot compresses are the best.👍 The weather has been nice lately, so I've been taking a lot of walks outside, and it definitely helped reduce the swelling. I also walked around a lot at home wearing acupressure slippers, so it feels like I'm losing weight at the same time, haha. However, since running is dangerous, I just walked briskly. As for the swelling medication, I just took whatever was popular online; since they all help with blood circulation, the effects seem pretty similar. However, I don't recommend taking it right after surgery if you're bleeding. I also did hot compresses all day long. There was definitely a big difference in swelling between when I did them and when I didn't!!! Still, the most important thing is finding a doctor with "golden hands"... While your constitution plays a role, it seems like the difference in bruising and swelling comes down to the doctor's skill.
