Closing and dilution after minor procedures - experienced people, please help!

Hello friends! I had a small procedure in Seoul last week. Now that I'm back home, I want to focus on recovery. I have some slight redness and swelling on my face, which seems normal for this stage, but I'm still a bit unsure.

Even though I know everyone recovers differently, I'm a little unclear on exactly what I should be doing right now. What was your experience during this phase? Did you use any cooling techniques? Did you use sheet masks or anything similar at home? Were there any dietary considerations?
