My heart is pounding like crazy.
I feel even more tired today, maybe because I rested yesterday.

Me too ㅠ
It's understandable that your heart would race after three cups of coffee. I've also experienced drinking too much coffee when I felt tired, only to end up more exhausted and feeling restless. It felt even more tiring, especially the day after a break, when my condition was just so-so. That's why lately, I've been taking Tuntunbi, which contains red ginseng concentrate, B vitamins, zinc, and probiotics, making it easy to manage my basic nutrition. Since it's a powder, it's simple to take, so I've been consistently incorporating it into my routine while getting ready for work in the morning.
I also manage my health with "Teun-teun Bi" and I'm satisfied because it reduces fatigue and is good for inflammation.
I also take 튼튼비 and find it good for recovering my body's condition.
OMG..
If your heart races easily, try not to drink too much coffee ㅠㅠ It's probably the caffeine not agreeing with you ㅠㅠ
I've been relying on caffeine like a performance-enhancing drug for days to get by, and it's so tough ㅜ I know it's not good for my heart...
You ate a lot....
When I'm tired, I used to push through with coffee, but eventually, even coffee didn't make me feel refreshed. Instead, my heart would race, and my body would still feel heavy, making things even harder. Especially the day after a break, my rhythm felt a little off, and my condition seemed to worsen. That's why lately, I've been taking Tuntunbi. It contains red ginseng concentrate, B vitamins, zinc, and probiotics, making it easy to manage my basic nutrition. Since it's a powder, I can easily take it, so I've been consistently incorporating it into my routine even on busy mornings.
Taking Vitamin B consistently has made a difference for me. I take Tuntunbi and it's been good.
