Hi everyone, I'm Tam from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Korea for some cosmetic treatments, but I don't know how to find a truly reliable clinic. I'm a little worried because I'm a foreigner and don't speak Korean, so I'd like to know what your experiences have been like.
Where do you usually get your information from? Are social media and review sites reliable? And what's the most important thing I should check before choosing a place? I'm especially interested in whether they offer translator support or at least have staff who speak English, because I want to make sure I understand everything the doctor says.
Does anyone have any experience finding clinics in Korea with good language support? Or any other tips I should know? Thank you!

Hi Tam! I'm thinking the same thing, so your question is a good one. I think it's very important for us to find an English-speaking employee or ask in advance if there is a translation service, so what are you going to do now?
I completely understand your concerns! I also had a language barrier when I went last time, but I later found that many clinics actually have Chinese or English customer service. You can call or email them before making an appointment to ask about their translation services – this will put your mind at ease.
I completely understand your concern, Tam! Language was also my biggest worry, but I tried going to hospitals where the staff spoke English or Arabic, and I asked for interpretation during my first consultation — the idea was to change the staff a lot and I felt much more comfortable 🙂
