I’m getting tired of searching for toothpaste that’s good for my gums.
As my gums recede and bleed repeatedly, searching for toothpaste that’s good for gums has become a routine for quite some time now. Whenever I see a new one released, I end up buying it, and I have no idea when this pattern will end.
I’ve tried every toothpaste that claims to be good for gums that I can find, but even after using them consistently for nearly two months, the aching, pulling sensation between my gums after dinner hasn't gone away at all. I’ve switched between this brand and that toothpaste, but only the feeling is different; the bleeding and swelling haven't changed, so I think I’m losing all hope for toothpaste itself.
It’s becoming increasingly common to have meat stuck between my gums and pulled out with a toothpick while grilling meat at company dinners. There was even a time when I went to a cafe on the weekend and drank an iced Americano, but my teeth were so sensitive that I was afraid to even open the lid. I’ve searched so hard for toothpaste that’s good for gums, but nothing has changed—not even the gum color or the length of my teeth. Since nothing has changed, I am increasingly feeling the need to find something other than toothpaste.
If you have any methods that have actually helped with gum care, other than toothpaste that is good for the gums, please let me know in the comments!

I've spent years searching for toothpaste that's good for my gums, but eventually, my gums receded so much that my tooth roots were completely exposed when I smiled.
I was genuinely stunned when the dentist showed me pictures and explained it;; I regretted sticking only to toothpaste for too long ㅠ
I totally relate to zoning out while looking at photos at the dentist. I realized I needed to change my approach before hearing that kind of feedback, so I'm looking into what else I should be using besides toothpaste.
I'm leaving a comment because it feels like I'm looking at myself from exactly two years ago... I know, right? Gum care isn't easy... I've tried everything, from researching and using toothpastes good for gums to taking medication, but my gum condition didn't improve easily... Then, a dental hygienist friend told me about a gum immunity care product, and ever since I started taking it, managing my gums has become so much easier. I recommend trying a gum immunity care product, not because you're being fooled, but because it really works. You'll see results even if you just take it for three months.
What is gum immunity care?
Do I need a separate prescription for this? ㅜㅠ My gums have been bad since I was young, so I'm desperate ㅠ
There's a product called Ranositol tablets, and unlike other gum products, it's said to boost gum immunity and balance them. That's probably why it helps with post-care by building immunity against inflammation and other conditions, so I took it again today ㅎㅎ
I'm taking this supplement, which is also available at pharmacies, but since it can be ordered online, I've been ordering it that way. Here's the link to the official mall: https://m.site.naver.com/1ZKYf ㅎㅎ
I've heard of Lanocitol tablets a few times too! It seems like a good product. I'll buy it as well ㅎㅎ
No matter how many toothpastes for gums I tried, my dentist said that if the gums' immunity itself is weak, it's hard to manage just by brushing ㅠ
I'm so envious that the frequency of bleeding has decreased...
Where can I find toothpaste good for gums? My gums aren't doing well either..
Instead of toothpaste good for gums, I was recommended Ranolitol tablets for above, so I'm going to try taking these first.
I tried that one, but even after finishing a whole tube, I didn't feel like it made a huge difference... How do you take care of your gums? ;
I want to know too...
