How do foreigners in Korea view reviews? Worried about not understanding Korean and being scammed...

I've been considering getting some medical aesthetic treatments in Korea recently, but honestly, my Korean isn't great, and I often struggle to understand clinic reviews. Sometimes the translations from machine translators sound strange, and I'm really worried about falling into a trap.

I wanted to ask everyone, how do you determine which reviews are genuine and trustworthy? Are there any red flags I should be aware of? For example, should I be cautious if some reviews sound too exaggerated or use odd phrasing?

Also, if there's a language barrier, how do you usually communicate? Do you find a translator, or are there other methods? I'd really appreciate hearing advice from experienced individuals. Thank you all!
