The procedure itself was very simple, but I'm really realizing that there's a recovery period. Right now, I'm applying cold compresses and avoiding any stimulation as much as possible, but I'm curious how everyone else spends this time. Please share anything you do to be careful with work or daily life.

I'm not really sure how long the swelling will last or how noticeable the bruising will be... honestly, since it's my first time, I don't know! 😭 If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear the real scoop.
