Hi, it's Tomomi. I recently had a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul, and I've experienced more swelling and slight bruising than I expected... 😅
The procedure itself was very simple, but I'm really realizing that there's a recovery period. Right now, I'm applying cold compresses and avoiding any stimulation as much as possible, but I'm curious how everyone else spends this time. Please share anything you do to be careful with work or daily life.
I'm not really sure how long the swelling will last or how noticeable the bruising will be... honestly, since it's my first time, I don't know! 😭 If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear the real scoop. Also, I'd be happy to know if there's anything I should avoid or anything that's good to do. Thank you in advance!

Me too! The swelling and bruising after I had it done a while ago were really unexpected. Cold compresses and plenty of sleep seemed to help the most. Now I'm just trying to avoid hot things and strenuous exercise, hoping the swelling goes down quickly 😅
