Hey everyone! So I'm planning a trip to Seoul in a few months and I'm really interested in getting a consultation for a treatment I've been thinking about. I'm from the US and my Korean is... honestly pretty basic lol. I can do some survival phrases but definitely not enough to discuss medical stuff or understand technical explanations.

I'm wondering if anyone here has done consultations in Seoul and how the language thing actually went? Do most places have English-speaking staff, or should I be looking specifically for clinics that advertise English services? I'm a little worried about miscommunication, especially when talking about what I want and any concerns I might have.

Also, would it be worth bringing a friend who speaks Korean, or is that overkill? I just want to make sure I can actually understand what's being discussed and ask questions properly. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips would be really helpful!
