Hi everyone! I'm Tari from Jakarta, and I've been thinking about double eyelid surgery for a really long time. I've seen so many Indonesians go to Seoul for it, and the results look great. But I'm still unsure if it's worth it for me to travel that far, considering the costs of flights, hotels, and follow-up appointments.
What I'd love to know is, for those who have considered or already gone through it—how did you make your decision? I'm worried about online vs. in-person consultations, and what happens if something needs to be adjusted after surgery but I'm already back in Indonesia? I'm also curious about the realistic recovery time, as I need to know how much leave I can take.
Can anyone share their experiences? Or has anyone suggested it's better to just do it in Indonesia? I really appreciate honest opinions, including if this might not be a good idea for me. Thanks!

Tari, I totally get it! I'm struggling with the same thing. Coming from Indonesia is definitely far, and it takes both money and time, right? But when I hear from people who've actually had procedures in Seoul, I can't help but wonder if there's really something different about it... I'm also planning to try a few online consultations myself, so I'd be happy if we could exchange information!
I'm also from Jakarta and thinking the same thing! The total cost is definitely a concern, but I've seen many friends say it's worth it because they're so happy with the results. What I'm still confused about is the follow-up after returning to Indonesia—it seems important to know the details about how to communicate with the clinic afterward, so I won't feel alone if anything needs to be arranged again.
Tari, I totally get it! I'm struggling with something similar, and it's so tempting to see people from Indonesia getting great results. I have no idea what the total cost would be with flights and accommodation 😅 I'm thinking of starting with an online consultation with a specialist too, so if you find any information, I'd love it if you could share!
