Hello, it's Mio. I'm thinking about getting cosmetic treatments in Korea, but honestly, I'm struggling to read through all the reviews 😅 My Korean isn't that great, so I've been relying on translation apps, but it's difficult to grasp subtle nuances and judge reliability...
How do you all choose your clinics? I'd love to hear about any "suspicious" reviews or red flags you pay particular attention to. For example, what do you think about reviews that only describe overly perfect results? Or are clinics with many Japanese or English reviews more trustworthy?
Since there's a language barrier, I'd also like to hear about any precautions you take during communication with the clinic. I'd be happy to hear from people who have actually been there!

Mio, I totally get that 😅 I'm in the same boat, relying on translation apps to read reviews, and the nuances are so tricky, aren't they? I also find reviews that only talk about perfect results a bit suspicious... I feel like honest feedback from people who've actually experienced it, like "this part was good, but this part was different than I expected," is more trustworthy. Because of the language barrier, being able to ask proper questions during the consultation might be important too.
