Hi everyone, I'm Hsiaoting from Taiwan. I've been considering getting a small procedure done in Korea recently, but I'm finding it a bit difficult when looking at clinic reviews. My Korean isn't very good, so I can't quite understand some of the reviews, and I'm not sure how to tell which ones are genuine and which might be sponsored or just strange. Does anyone have any experience with this?
What I'd like to ask is, how do you usually assess reviews? Are there any obvious red flags I should watch out for? For example, comments from new accounts, or strange wording in the reviews? I'm also really curious if there are any tools or methods that can help me better understand the content of the reviews.
Also, if you don't understand Korean, do you use translation software directly? Or is there a risk in doing so? I really want to be cautious and avoid any pitfalls. If anyone is willing to share their experience on how they filter clinics, I would be very grateful! Thanks everyone~

I understand, I feel the same kind of anxiety! I use translation tools, but it can be difficult to capture the nuances when it comes to medical topics, right? It's really tough to tell reliable reviews from unreliable ones... If anyone knows a good method, I'd love to hear it too.
