Hello! My name is Bam, and I'm from Thailand. I just had a minor procedure done yesterday in Korea, and my face is a bit sore and swollen right now 😅. This is my first time doing something like this.
I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced swelling/bruising after a procedure like this? I'm currently alternating between ice packs and cold compresses, and I'm trying to sleep with my head elevated to prevent more swelling, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or if there's anything else I should be doing. Please let me know how many days it usually takes for the swelling to go down and what I should avoid.
I know everyone's recovery methods are different, but if anyone has any home remedies or tips for what you usually do during recovery, please share your experiences. I really want it to heal quickly 🙏.
