Hi! I was like this when I was here too, and the thing that really helped was sleeping with a higher pillow in the hotel—it's really different from sleeping normally. Also, bring a cooling mask or eye patch from home because it can be hard to find one that suits your skin, and don't rub your face until the swelling is completely gone! I've been through something similar and found that sleeping with your head elevated on a pillow, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding staying up late really helped a lot in the first few days! Have a safe flight home! 🙏
