Hi everyone, my name is View. I'm about to have a minor procedure here in Korea, but I'll be traveling back home in 2-3 days. I'm worried about swelling and how to take care of myself. I'm not sure what I should pack.
I'd like to know if anyone who's been through this before has any tips or recommendations for managing swelling, such as ice packs or certain serums that really help. And if I'm traveling back, what should I try to reduce swelling faster, or what kind of sleeping position is best?
I'm looking forward to your advice. Thank you so much!

Hi! I was like this when I was here too, and the thing that really helped was sleeping with a higher pillow in the hotel—it's really different from sleeping normally. Also, bring a cooling mask or eye patch from home because it can be hard to find one that suits your skin, and don't rub your face until the swelling is completely gone! I hope you get better soon before you fly 🙏
Hey, I'm also considering the same thing, and your comment really helped! I hope your recovery is fast, and you'll be fine in 2-3 days 💕
I've been through something similar and found that sleeping with your head elevated on a pillow, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding staying up late really helped a lot in the first few days! Have a safe flight home! 🙏
