Hi, this is Riko. I'm thinking about getting some minor cosmetic surgery or beauty treatments in Korea, but honestly, I'm not that good at Korean...😅 I've been looking at various sites like Navy and review sites, but it's hard to tell if the information is really reliable. How do you all choose?
Also, this is something I'm curious about: clinics with only positive reviews seem a bit suspicious, don't they? Conversely, clinics with lots of negative reviews make me uneasy too... From a layperson's perspective, are there any red flags that would make me think, "Oh, I should avoid this"? Like strange photo editing, or just promises without detailed explanations?
