Hi everyone, I'm Lu. I'm planning to go to Seoul for a cosmetic consultation, but I'm a little worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but I'm not sure if I can fully understand medical terminology. I'd like to ask if English is sufficient for communication during the consultation? Or do many clinics have Chinese-speaking staff?
I've seen some clinics mention multilingual services on their websites, but I'm not sure if they all offer Chinese. Has anyone recently gone to Seoul for a consultation? How did you handle the communication issues? Did you bring your own translator, or do the clinics have staff who can help?
Honestly, I'm a little nervous and don't want to misunderstand the doctor's advice due to communication problems. If my English isn't strong enough, I might need to prepare some plans in advance. Thank you!
