Hello, I'm a Thai person considering medical treatment in Korea, but I have a problem reading Korean very well 😅 I'm trying to find reviews on various platforms, but it's so difficult. I don't know if they're trustworthy or just fake reviews.
I'd like to ask those who have been to Korea before, are there any easy ways to verify reviews? For example, where to look, or what questions to ask when contacting the clinic? Regarding flagged cases (suspicious situations), what are some warning signs to watch out for? For example, clinics that promise immediate results, or anything like that.
Thank you for your help. I really want to go safely 🙏

I totally understand how you feel 😅 I'm also a foreigner and found it very difficult to read Korean reviews the first time. But I tried asking friends who had been there and also contacted the clinic via chat using Google Translate, which helped me get better information. The important thing is to do your research carefully, ask lots of questions, and don't believe everything you hear that guarantees results.
I'm in the same position as you, so I totally understand your concerns! I've been asking around in international groups, and several people have recommended contacting places directly via chat or email—they usually have English-speaking staff who can clearly explain procedures and other patients' experiences. Hopefully, we can both find a safe and trustworthy place!
I also had a language barrier when I went last time 😅 Later I found that asking friends for their experiences was more practical, or checking international beauty forums for other foreigners' sharing. My suggestion is to first use translation software to translate your questions into Korean, then email several hospitals directly. They usually reply in English or Chinese, so you can compare their attitude and professionalism!
I totally understand how you feel! Korean is really difficult. I tried to get information from friends who have been to Korea and asked a lot of questions in our group chat. Most importantly, ask lots of questions to the hospital and make sure they give clear reasons before making a decision. 💙
I'm in a similar situation and considering treatment in Korea, so I completely understand how you feel! 😅 Finding reviews is really tough, isn't it? I've been reading about the experiences of people who have actually gone through the procedure on Japanese-language communities and message boards, and I also message clinics directly to confirm if they have staff who can speak Japanese before consulting with them. I hope we can both proceed safely! 💪
I'm a foreigner too, so I understand how you feel! I usually ask directly via Instagram or the hospital's email; they'll introduce you to previous customers so you can chat directly, which makes me feel much more reassured than just reading online reviews 😊
