Tips for care after the minor procedure - how to deal with swelling and bruising?

Hello everyone! 🙋‍♀️ I'm Reem from the UAE, and I just had a minor cosmetic procedure here in Korea. I'm a little worried about the swelling and bruising. It's my first time doing something like this, and I don't know the right aftercare routine.

My question is: What helped you recover quickly? Are there any specific things you'd advise me to avoid or focus on? I'm using ice packs and getting plenty of rest, but I want to make sure I'm not neglecting anything. Is it normal for the bruising and swelling to last a few days, or is there anything that can speed up recovery?
