Please tell me about the care of swelling and bruising after minor procedures.

Hi, this is Riko. I recently had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul, but I unexpectedly ended up with swelling and bruising...😅 I'd like to minimize its appearance before returning to Japan, so I'm wondering what kind of care everyone else uses?

I heard that applying cold compresses is important immediately after the procedure, but how long should I continue applying them for best results? Also, I've heard that applying warmth is better after the swelling has subsided somewhat, but I'm not sure about the timing... Has anyone had experience with this?

Regarding the bruising, I'm wondering if I just have to wait for it to disappear naturally, or if there's anything I can do. Besides covering it with makeup, are there any precautions I should take in my daily life? This might be a strange question, but are there any ways to speed up recovery?
