I was going to have chin surgery, but solved it with philtrum reduction.

I used to think my mouth looked protruding just because I had a receding chin, but it turns out the problem wasn't my chin, but my mid-face.

Since my philtrum was long, my face looked saggy overall, and my chin looked short... which is why I looked strangely stifled.

Now that I've refined my lines with a philtrum reduction, the empty space in my mid-face has decreased, and that stifling feeling is gone... haha.
