My philtrum is on the longer side, so I'm looking into philtrum reduction surgery. However, after reading reviews, I'm really worried because some people mention a pulling sensation when talking or smiling. I tend to talk a lot and smile frequently, so my biggest concern is that my facial expressions might look awkward. They say it returns to normal over time, but I don't really have a sense of how much it actually recovers.

I've seen many reviews saying there's a slight pulling sensation at first, but it gradually becomes more natural over time.
Oh, really?? ㅠㅠㅠ Thank you
After having it done at Mina Plastic Surgery, I felt a slight pulling sensation for a while, but now it's become so natural that I barely notice it.
I'll keep that in mind~~! 😭
I'm curious about philtrum reduction~!
