Hi everyone, I'm Oanh from Vietnam. I'm considering a trip to South Korea for an aesthetic procedure, but I'm actually quite worried about the financial aspect. I don't know how much money I should prepare because besides the procedure cost, I also need to factor in flights, accommodation, food, etc., and I've never done anything like this before.
Could you give me an idea of how long I should plan to stay there? I've heard that a few days are needed for recovery, but I'm not entirely sure. And regarding the overall cost, how much do you usually budget for a trip like this? I want to prepare realistically and avoid running out of money halfway through.
If anyone has experienced this or is preparing for it, I'd love to hear your advice. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed but also very excited about this idea. Thank you all!

I visited Korea from the UAE last year, and my experience taught me that budgeting is a very wise idea! I recommend factoring in extra time for rest because recovery takes longer than you might expect, and looking for hotels near the clinic to save on transportation costs. Good luck with your journey, Oanh! 💕
Hi Oanh, do you already have a budget in mind for the total cost, or are you still researching from scratch? We're also from Vietnam, so we understand your concerns about money, but aren't sure where to start to plan effectively.
I understand your concerns. I was also thinking of going to Korea to do the same thing, but I'm also confused about the budget. When I have some free time, I'll try to find more information from people who have already gone, because we really need to be fully prepared!
I completely understand your concerns! It was my first time getting a treatment in Korea too, and at first, I wasn't sure how much money I needed to prepare. Later, I realized that besides the treatment cost itself, expenses for transportation, accommodation, and food add up to quite a significant amount. I suggest you consult a few different clinics first to get an idea of the general price range, and then plan your stay with enough time for recovery. This way, you'll feel more prepared.
Hello Oanh! Based on my previous experience traveling to Korea, creating a list a few weeks in advance was very helpful for getting a good grasp of the total expenses — let's note down flight tickets, parking, and active prices. To be clear, staying one to two weeks is great, and you'll have plenty of time to recover well!
I understand Oanh's concerns. I was preparing the same plan, and honestly, it's hard to figure out the entire budget. But it's good that you're thinking ahead. At least you'll have time to save and prepare without rushing! Let's see who in the group has been there before. They could probably help us with the timeline, costs, and recovery, right?
