Is it possible to get consultations in Seoul without speaking Korean?

I'm Anh from Vietnam, and I'm planning to go to Seoul for some minor cosmetic adjustments. But I'm really worried about the communication aspect, as I don't know any Korean at all. I can speak English, but I'm not sure if it's enough.

Has anyone here who has consulted in Seoul encountered any trouble due to language barriers? Is English okay to explain what I want, or is it mandatory to learn Korean beforehand? I'm also considering if I should find a translator, but I'm not sure if that's necessary.

If anyone has experience, please share it with me. I feel a bit scared about communicating my requests directly without being sure they understand exactly what I mean.
