Hey everyone! So I just had a tiny aesthetic procedure done here in Korea and honestly, the swelling and bruising are a bit more than I expected lol. I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage this over the next week or so. Has anyone gone through something similar and have tips that actually worked?
I'm already doing cold compresses when I can remember, and I've been trying to keep my head elevated while sleeping. I'm also just being super gentle with my face and avoiding makeup for now. But I'm wondering if there's anything else people swear by—like specific ways to manage the bruising, foods that help with healing, or just general don't's I should know about.
Also curious about the recovery timeline... like, how long did it take before you felt semi-normal again? I'm not expecting instant results or anything, just trying to get a realistic sense of what the next 7–10 days might look like. Any advice or personal experiences would be so helpful! Thanks in advance 💙

Thank you for your hard work! I've also heard about using cold compresses and elevating your pillow. By the way, how long after the procedure did you start washing your face and using skincare products? I'm in a similar situation, so I'm curious about the timing...😅
I hope you're doing well! Swelling and bruising must be really tough. I have a question: how often do you use cold compresses? I've had a similar experience before, so I'd like to know for reference.
Reading your experience, I understand that you need to be very careful. I've been through something similar, so I wanted to ask if you felt any better in the first few days? 🥺 My opinion is that rest and relaxation are just as important as following the advice, because everyone's recovery is different.
