Hi, I'm Ngoc, and I'm planning to fly to Seoul next month to explore beauty procedures. However, I'm a bit worried because my English isn't very strong, and I don't know any Korean at all. Has anyone here gone for consultations there using only English (or a translator app)? Do clinics offer support for this, or should I find someone who knows Korean to accompany me?
I've read some reviews, but I'm still unclear about the actual situation. I've heard some clinics have English-speaking staff, but I'm not sure how easy they are to find. If anyone has experience, please share some tips! I just want to make sure I fully understand the consultation process and don't miss any important information due to communication barriers.

I'm also Vietnamese, and I had a similar issue on my last trip to Seoul! I found that some places have English-speaking staff, but not all of them do. So, I recommend emailing or messaging them beforehand to ask if they offer English support, or consider bringing a Korean friend or someone who speaks Korean for extra peace of mind!
