Hello! My name is Ning, and I'm from Thailand. I just had a minor procedure done in Korea yesterday, and now my face is all swollen and red 😅. This is my first time experiencing something like this, so I wanted to ask the ladies who have been through it before if they have any tips for self-care during the initial recovery period.
Right now, I'm trying to use ice packs, drink plenty of water, and avoid hot foods, but I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do that would help. Will the swelling and redness subside, making me feel better? And how long does it usually take? I think knowing what you all did during the day would help ease my mind 😊.
Has anyone had a similar experience? How should I take care of myself after the procedure? Any advice from my international friends would really help me understand the recovery process better. Thanks in advance! 💕

Reading Ning's story really helped me calm down a lot. I'm thinking of doing the same thing myself 😅 I saw that Ning followed the steps (cold compress, drinking lots of water, avoiding hot food), which seems like a good guideline. Thanks for sharing your experience. Hope your symptoms disappear soon!
Hi Ning, I'm also considering doing something similar, so reading your post made me feel both anxious and excited 😅 The way you're taking care of yourself sounds reasonable, and I hope you'll recover quickly!
