Hi everyone, I'm Lin. I'm planning to get a minor cosmetic procedure done in Korea soon, but I have a business trip back to China just two weeks after the procedure. I've heard that swelling is common during recovery, and I'm a bit worried about it. I'd like to ask for advice from those of you who have experience: how should I best take care of myself during my business trip?
I was wondering if I should bring some cold compresses or soothing products. Also, will flying affect my recovery? I'm not really sure what I should prepare. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Could you share your experiences and suggestions? I'm especially interested in knowing which post-care products or small tools are most practical.
Also, I'd like to ask everyone, are there any lifestyle habits I should pay special attention to during the swelling period? For example, diet and sleeping position. I'm a bit nervous right now and hope to get through this stage smoothly. Thank you all!

I totally understand how you feel, Lin! I've been in a similar situation. Getting treatments right before a business trip is so nerve-wracking, isn't it? I used to carry cooling sheets and calming creams with me and use them on the plane. Also, I felt like sleeping with a higher pillow helped a bit with the swelling. It might take some time to fully recover, but if you handle it carefully, you might be surprised at how well things turn out. Good luck!
