Hello everyone! I'm Kartika from Indonesia, and I'm considering going to Seoul for eyelid surgery. I've wanted this for a long time, but traveling from so far away incurs significant costs, not to mention the hassle of arranging visas, accommodation, and time off. I'd love to hear from those of you who have been or have experience – is it really worth it to travel to Seoul specifically for this?
My main question is, are the facilities and expertise there truly much better than here? I know Korea is renowned for beauty procedures, but I'm also worried that my expectations might be far from reality. Plus, what about complications or follow-up care if I've already returned to Indonesia?

I had a similar concern, and after actually going, I realized that if you're coming from far away, it's really important to thoroughly check the pre-consultation and post-operative support system. Also, regarding aftercare once you return home, it's reassuring to discuss it beforehand. Since online follow-up might be possible even after returning to Indonesia, I think it's worth exploring those options too!
