My name is Hang, and I'm from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul to learn about some cosmetic procedures. However, I'm worried about the language barrier – my English isn't very good, and I'm not sure if the clinics there understand Vietnamese.
Has anyone had a consultation in Seoul where they only spoke English or used Google Translate? Before making an appointment, I want to know if there will be any difficulties, or if the clinics are already used to international clients. I've heard that some places have translators or staff who speak English, but I don't know if that's the case at all clinics.
Could anyone with experience share some tips? I'm mentally preparing for the visit, so I want to know if it's okay beforehand. 😄

Hi Hạng! I was also worried about the language barrier when I first came to Seoul. A tip: try contacting the clinic via email or WhatsApp first with a simple question using Google Translate — they'll usually respond and let you know if they have staff who understand English or have an interpreter. In my experience, many places in Seoul are used to international patients, so don't be too nervous. I hope everything goes smoothly!
