Hi! My name is Net from Thailand. I'm planning to have a mild petit procedure and then travel abroad in a few days. I'm a bit confused about what I should prepare for managing swelling 😅 because I'll be traveling abroad, and the weather might be different from home.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I buy any post-treatment care products like cooling gels or anything like that? And what should I avoid while traveling to prevent the swelling from getting worse? I haven't consulted a doctor about this yet, so I'd like to hear about other people's experiences first.
Thank you for your help!

Oh I'm actually thinking about doing something similar before a trip next month, so I'm really curious about what everyone says too! I've heard a lot of people mention keeping things cool and staying hydrated helps, but definitely ask your doctor about what specifically they recommend for your situation since everyone's different.
I had a minor procedure done while traveling in Thailand last year! My advice is to always check with your doctor before you travel, and to always have a good plan in place when you leave. Eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, and keeping a regular bedtime are all important!
