Hi everyone! My name is Kim, and I just had a minor cosmetic procedure done here and am currently in the recovery phase. I have some swelling and bruising at the procedure site, which seems normal, but I want to take the best possible care of it to help it heal quickly.
Do any of you have experience with swelling and bruising after these procedures? I'd like to know any daily care tips you can share, such as how to keep the area clean and whether there are any specific things to avoid. I'm also not sure how long it will take for the swelling to completely disappear, but I know everyone's body is different.

I've been through something similar, and that recovery period was really worrying. But I later found that everyone's recovery speed is indeed very different! My advice is to be patient, listen to the doctor's specific instructions, and don't rush to use cosmetics or wash your face with hot water, as you might feel that this will help the swelling go down faster.

I also experienced swelling and bruising after the procedure, and the thing that helped the most was applying a cold compress in the first few days, keeping the area clean, and avoiding makeup! Hopefully, it gets better soon, as the swelling usually starts to go down within a week or two.
